Pallavi
O Mind! Meditate on the king of kings Rama, the valorous scion of the Raghu dynasty!
Anupallavi
(May you contemplate on) that One whose arms extend up to His knees! The One whose dazzling nature is beyond comprehension, the One who is nothing but bliss and consciousness (Rājādhirajam)
Charanam
(O Mind, may you contemplate on the One) who protected the sacrifice of the son of Kusika (Viswamitra), the One whose wealth consists of His fame in having broken the bow of Lord Siva, the One who delights the Lord of all beings (reference to Lord Siva), the consort of the daughter of the king of Videha (Sita), the One who has protected the sages and Venkataramana (Rājādhirajam)
