Tirupati, 04 April 2024: The five-day Annamacharya Vardhanti fete commenced with Metlotsavam at Alipiri Padala Mandapam on Thursday.

The Project Director Dr Vibhishana Sharma speaking on the occasion said, that many great personalities reached Tirumala trekking Alipiri footpath pioneered by Sri Annamacharya. He said nearly 2000 Bhajana members from AP, TS and Karnataka participated in Metlotsavam.
The officer said there will be Gosti Ganam on April 5 at Narayanagiri Gardens at 6pm in Tirumala.
In Tallapaka village at 108 feet statue of Annamacharya also this fete will be observed till April 8, he maintained.
DyEO Smt Shanti, Annamacharya descendant Sri Hari Narayanacharyulu and others were present.
