anaghaṁ anavaratam
rāgaṁ nāṭakuriñji tāḷaṁ ādi
ārōhaṇaṁ: sa ri ga ma ni dha ni pa dha ni sa
avarōhaṇaṁ: sa ni dha pa ma ga sa

anaghaṁ anavarataṁ āśrayē|
anupallavi
sanakādi muni sannuta caraṇāravindaṁ mukundam|
caraṇaṁ
hariṇākṣī śrīrugmiṇī hr̥daravindabhānuṁ aghavana kr̥śānum|
śaraṇāgata jana suradhēnuṁ śrīkara vēṅkaṭaramaṇaṁ vidhr̥ta vēṇum||

Meaning of the song ‘anagham anavaratam’
Anagham – sinless
Anavaratam – always
Ashraye – (I) depend upon
Sanakaadi muni sannuta – supplicated by sages in the line of Sanaka
Charanaravindam – lotus feet
Mukundam – Lord Mukunda (One who bestows moksha)
Harinaakshi – eyes like that of a female deer
Sri Rukmini – goddess Rukmini
Hrudaravinda – lotus heart
Bhanum – the sun
Aghavanam – forest of sins
Krushanum – fire
Sharanagata jana- for those who have surrendered
Suradhenum – the celestial cow (Kamadhenu)
Sri kara – one who bestows all prosperity
Venkataramanam – one who revels in Thiruvenkadam (Tirumala/Tirupati)
Vidhruta venum - having the flute in his hand

अनघं अनवरतम्
रागं नाटकुरिञ्जि ताळं आदि
आरोहणं: स रि ग म नि ध नि प ध नि स
अवरोहणं: स नि ध प म ग स

अनघं अनवरतं आश्रये।
अनुपल्लवि
सनकादि मुनि सन्नुत चरणारविन्दं मुकुन्दम्।
चरणं
हरिणाक्षी श्रीरुग्मिणी हृदरविन्दभानुं अघवन कृशानुम्।
शरणागत जन सुरधेनुं श्रीकर वेङ्कटरमणं विधृत वेणुम्॥
